Why was the headline changed? 'Scottish ministers to announce help for pensioners' fuel bills' is now 'New benefit plan to help pensioners with fuel bills'? Also, why was the first line removed 'Scottish ministers are set to announce help for pensioners who have lost their winter fuel payments.'

That phrase: ‘custodians of the countryside’. Next time you hear it, ask about *this* and what it might mean for native wildlife. Then listen to the response.

@Helena_LB Uk. I buy my petrol in litres or liters then measure car performance in miles per gallon. But personaly cycle in kph. Buy my liquids in metric and veg in lbs. It is a mess but thats why pants by which i mean underpants not trousers come in s m l xl or xxl as needed. It's fun.
