Martin Perez, owner of Express Rental Dumpster, said the client rented one of his dumpster bins to dispose of trash at their home. Perez says there was an issue with the client's credit card before the client started ignoring him. "They [kept] saying, like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna pay later. I’m gonna pay later. I’m gonna pay later,’ and never did." Instead of paying out of his own pocket to have the trash dumped at the dump, Perez decided to just dump it all in the client's driveway.
