Y’all @ExUmbrisDesigns really knocked it out of the park on their carrier. I got home and had to set it up before I did anything else. I’m incredibly grateful for the generosity and for what they do for the community. If you haven’t checked them out, you’re wrong.

Scalper lore best lore. WAGFMI
.338 Little Brother of War@srsattern

Story time. TL,DR: I want my scalps. I initially made because it was some badass shit (fuck yeah man, skull with an arrow, throw the most badass war paint on it), and I had just gotten back into Illustraitor and Photoshop after a long hiatus… but there are meanings behind it. Honestly I just follow my gut on these things, and the bigger picture is always revealed to me thereafter. Traditionally warriors rocked the hand print war paint if they killed an enemy hand-to-hand or silently in battle. Red or black paint denoting the difference. I chose scalper, because that’s kind of what we do. In modern times it has also been adopted to represent and bring awareness to MMIW (murdered, missing indigenous women) while this isn’t my own meaning (I’m going for war paint), I do have six sisters. The arrow is taken from the Great Seal of The Choctaw Nation. The original seal features three arrows, a tomahawk/peace pipe and a bow, sometimes strung, unstrung, or missing a string. All three have unique meanings: - Strung bow meaning the nation is ready for war - Unstrung representing our love for peace, but readiness for war. - No string is interesting, but I use that for engraving on weapons, and the weapon is the string (featured on my rifle). The arrow on the patch represents accuracy, power, and violence. It’s the result of what happens after the bow is strung. It’s a single arrow taken from the three featured on the original seal, a continuation and evolution of the tribe. Frankly, with all of our new “neighbors” coming in daily, we are all Natives now. Us Indians and cowboys have sufficiently beaten the shit out of each other for a couple centuries, and at this point, it gives me great joy to say that we as countrymen love this country equally, and we all earned being here. The skull represents a lot, you can draw your own meanings, but I just thought it looked neat. I had a realization Jules moment of, “Now... I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, that meant your ass. You'd be dead right now. I never gave much thought to what it meant. I just thought it was a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before I popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice.” I realized there was an an acronym: Societies Created After Liberation from Pollitical Eternal Rule P.S. in case you didn’t know, Choctaws traditionally used stick ball, or “Ishtaboli” as a means to prevent conflicts between tribes. Ishtaboli translates to Little Brother of War.

@ExUmbrisDesigns I believe the damning evidence in this case to be hidden on one of the rings of Saturn. There’s a ton of it, probably should send the entire organization to collect it.

This is the second complete buck skull I have found while clearing out the garden area on my property. What were the previous owners doing out here?

Our Wilderness Responder Course is not indoors, and certainly isn’t death by power point. You will spend 3 days on the mountain, living out of your bag, learning how to preserve live when help is too far away. We have some spots left, but don’t wait till we sell out to try and grab your seat. #refugemedical #refugetraining

The tribe grows
//GHOST DANCE//@YAKOKE_ACTUAL

//UPDATE - THANK YOU// ALL ATTACHMENTS/DETACHMENTS SCALPER, GHOST DANCE, TVSHKA Read and disseminate amongst ranks. Thank you to all SCALPERS and GHOST DANCE. The tribe exists because of you and is here to serve. Thank you to all prospective members of SCALPER. Patch distribution begins at the end of April for approved prospective members. Please be sure to check your DM’s. @SCALPCOM has most likely contacted you. To those of you standing by for contact from @srsattern (me) - outreach will be completed by April 1st. Thank you for hanging tight. I’ve been on the road pretty constant this year. We expect no less than 400-500 new Scalpers to be welcomed officially to the tribe. Thank you to the wonderful individuals and teams who support tribal ops every day, this is nothing without you. It is an honor to work with each and every one of you. Through the generosity of many, 388 direct contributors to GHOST DANCE, to be exact, this year the tribe will deliver $23,280 of training vouchers, comms, medical gear, and soft kit to members in need. The first round of comms will be discreetly delivered with patches. We will be periodically polling members for direct responses throughout the year to make sure everyone who needs anything is taken care of. This is all possible because of you. This is all for yours. If we all do a little, in the end it adds up to be something very great. You should all be very proud. GHOST DANCE will always honor and serve our members. Sincerely, YAKOKE! -338

I’ve been dealing with skin cancer, off and on, since coming home from Iraq in 2010. Not the fairly safe kind, but the metastasizing kind. I go tomorrow morning to have 2 more lumps removed. I don’t talk about it much, because people have it way worse than I do. I am truly blessed. I’m not in fear for my life, because I’ve been good at staying on top of it, but it has been a thorn in my side for 16 years. I shouldn’t let it, but it completely destroys my self confidence. In public, I think it’s all people can see when they look at me. Especially since I’ve sobered up, I want to start actually living my life again, instead of just surviving it. There’s even a girl I want to ask out. I always pray that the next time is the last time I have to see the dermatologist. It may seem trivial to you, but it’s a big deal to me. So, again, I pray that tomorrow is the last time.
