@Wego @airindia @MoCA_GoI, @Wego as per your refund page it is showing that the refund has been processed waiting for the airline to refund,this has been showing for the last 56 days.I need a proper answer from both of you,You can't fool people, and refund doesn't take this much time.

Please note that the 90 working day timeframe is the maximum because the refund process goes through multiple stages, including the airline, payment systems, and the bank, and each has its own processing time. This timeframe is set to ensure the process is completed, and the refund may be received earlier than that

@airindia @MgrAnayat @MoCA_GoI Today, I also contacted both your support team and @Wego support team, i didn't get a satisfactory response i have asked for the refund on 15th March 2026 till now nothing has been done from either side either you or Wego, one blaming the other.
