Burulai Pusurmankulova, #VanishingTreasures story contest winner, created a gripping video on human-wildlife conflict, which aired on Kyrgyz TV📽️. The contest, led by @GRIDArendal @snowleopards @IlbirsF & @UNEP, aimed to boost eco journalism📰. 👇bit.ly/3Eul6QD

A storytelling contest was part of a #VanishingTreasures workshop in Bishkek to train Kyrgyz journalists to effectively cover environmental issues. Kudos to winner🏆Chingiz Samudin uulu who will present his impactful documentary on wolf-livestock interaction at film festivals🎞️.

Meet Kenje Sultanbaeva from the @IlbirsF in #Kyrgyzstan. Kenje works closely with local communities in mountainous areas where the majestic #snowleopard can be found. She's also involved in helping households adapt to the impacts of #climatechange. #communityconservation
