@ATTHelp You keep promising a phone you don’t have, and fail to inform the client the order will take over 7 weeks. I order my phone on September 13th and still says that might be shipped on November 7th.

@ATTHelp I have many times and through different media, and the answer is the same one: “please be patient, and keep checking the status of your order.” Which by the way hasn’t changed since I did it on September 13th.
