Just a month ago, I built two codebases from scratch, full frontend, full backend and I wouldn't hit a session limit. Claude code now: I am fighting and looking at usage limits, sitting at 95% weekly limit before tomorrows reset. Sucks. Give me x40 for $400 and thats it.

Same flow like every other day - maybe even a bit less. I would usually be at 30% maybe 40%. Opus 4.7. is a token killer. Its good and all, similar to 4.6 release. But all in all they are doing some stuff at their end in terms of usage etc. Just ship a $500 plan already.

My process for every app I build starts the same way: I open a Google Doc and brain dump everything. Competitors I found on Sensor Tower. Features I want to build. Sketches of the UI. Marketing angles. Pricing ideas. Pain points I'm solving. Everything goes in the doc. I've gone back to my PuffCount doc over 1,000 times. I always check the doc when I: Was stuck on pricing Needed marketing inspo Need to clarify for team members This single document became the blueprint for a $44k MRR app. Start every project with a brain dump. You'll thank yourself later.
