@UPS not only filed a claim on their end and closed it on my behalf, they also altered the entire box and delivered 3 items missing out of the 4 that I sent. Isn’t this supposed to be illegal? Or a felony?

Hi @InstacartHelp I received an email from the trust and safety team about alcohol delivery violation. I haven’t delivered in a week,what violation is this? I contacted support and they just gave me a generic or no answer. Why sending me a violation notice when you cant prove it?

So @InstacartHelp @Instacart why do we drivers get punished for refunding? There’s literally no other option for a replacement!!! You want me to replace a cottage cheese with a tofu or a dishwashing liquid? Like as if I don’t check the shelves or ask the staff. It’s so dumb.

@boostmobile is cute! very affordable. but their customer service sucks. and they just suspended my service for no reason. my bill is not due until the 15th and I have a debit card and credit card on file for autopay. What the hell? I’m switching back to @TMobile

Be honest, what’s missing here

@InstacartCare_ Too late now. All shoppers walked out and paid the bare minimum for more than an hour of work and gas going to the store just because you guys can’t fix your debit/credit issue.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp a lot of shoppers are holding lines at the grocery. Your debit card is acting like credit and the transaction gets declined. Your customer service is non responsive. It’s quite embarrassing here actually.

Hi @EVAAirUS I canceled my ticket so I can rebook it on a later date and pay $110 and fare difference. Why did you refund my ticket and charge me $285? This is ridiculous!!!
