@El_King888 @alvinfoo They could have hesitated or swerved to miss the truck instead of counterintuitivly driving into it. And, I've never landed a jet but something tells me it takes some skill to maintain course with full brakes and reverse thrust from the engines in addition to stress of the truck.

No offense to either one of them because they should not have died and they did absolutely nothing wrong, but I don’t know why everyone keeps saying that slamming on the brakes is heroic— who wouldn’t slam on the brakes when they see something in their path? I’m tired of everyone being a hero because they do something that would be second nature. This is not in any way meant to detract from the fact they shouldn’t have lost their lives and they probably were excellent pilots and it wasn’t their fault.

The way he landed the plane, it saved 72 lives but him and his Co Pilot lost theirs. May their Souls fly high with The Angelic Angels

as an autistic person i feel like sometimes i have this sort of “whimsical innocence” that makes it feel like i can’t comprehend somebody being mean. like people doing hateful stuff just doesn't make sense, there's no logical reason for why somebody should be cruel. it puts me in logic loops that end up turning into full blown spiraling when someone actively chooses to be incredibly unkind

But, my surgery is scheduled for the week after next and I just want to get it over with now. I'm getting incredible care and all will be fine but I'm not engaging with much beyond audiobooks & jigsaws tbh. Dr Eric on duty. Nurse Pickle wondering when lunch is. ❤️❤️

This sounds kinda obvious but if you want to know what its like to be autistic maybe ask a autistic person, they of course can only tell you what its like for them, as all autistic people are different.

I love how neurotypicals will talk about a very stupid thing that they do, and they say "autistics are actually bad at this". I'm going to say it: they are not bad at anything, you are just bad at existing and you're constantly making it our problem.
