@airindiain @moses0306 Same problem here. This is unfair @airindiain. In my case, booked direct flight for my parents who are old and now disappointed to find Air India forcing us to take a 1 stop flight via Delhi. Why would someone want to pay a high fare for a direct flight if is the case?

@airindiain Nice way to change the itinerary from a direct flight to connecting flight and hours of layover with just a simple Schedule change email! It’s quite frustrating now we have to struggle with 2 kids during Covid times!
