Supports from employers- adopting & tweaking work health policies to ensure inclusion & supports/ how to handle relapses eg- paid leave days. Having trainings to ensure employees provide a safe environment for all & employees wellness programs, being involved in decision making.

Several accommodations might be necessary for people with psychosocial disabilities. 1. Flexible working hours. 2. Peer supports at work. 3. Provisions to work from home for example for people living with Social anxiety, going to work might make them not be as productive.

Psychosocial disability is not about a diagnosis, it is about the functional impact and barriers which may be faced by someone with a mental health condition. It arises when someone with a MH condition interacts with an environment that presents barriers to quality with others.
