When I was in the VA Prison system I was the only white guy on the yard at St Brides gladiator arena (the old one, not remake) Not because I was a gangster Not because I was some bad ass boxer But because I got lucky met the right brothers and they appreciated how awesome I am I survived the pen because a few brothers that appreciated me being a savage and not a crack head fein like most the white boys there. I was willing to get my face beat in In prison I largely learned how different we all are. As a group and population we largely don’t jive, but as individuals we do. Most whites and blacks just don’t interact with each other culturally, at least when you get down into the inner city populations. Many blacks that I kicked it with in prison never knew who’re people outside a teacher or a crackhead, real talk Shoutouts to S-Dot, Skeebo, and Naji I have no prison race stories because all the white people where I was were crackheads
