Every year or so her fed supervisor makes a perm post trying to get her hired, but it Always goes to a vet who doesn't last very long bc they need someone who can do her precise skillset.

ADNs that pass NCLEX are in fact still RNs. The N in ADN STANDS FOR NURSING. We are all the same registered nurses. (Said as someone who has a BSN)

They def highlight it to try and get people to take the positions. I'd be so mad if I put in the time in such lower wages to get that pension and then they were like 'O, nvm'

@mrpepejulian @majacompton @ask_aubry It isn't thrown away. Some is sold to those who do prepare it as offal, and other is used in hot dogs, other processed meats, dog food, etc. Offal was considered poor ppl food and fell out of favor back when the US saw the growth of a large middle class.

@stats_feed Dryer functional technology hasn't really changed, so I use an ancient dryer without any planned obsolescence computer parts. My 1950s Chambers oven is amazing--a large cast iron box for baking, a well that can slow cook or bake, broiler, griddle, and high finess flame control.
