@SamsungUS Here is the DM conversation with @SamsungUS. They clearly do not understand that the second tech they sent is making a false claim that installation was the issue. The first tech sent by One Stop already diagnosed a product issue

We’ve had a terrible experience with our @SamsungUS dishwasher, which has been leaking. We called 1stop-appliance.com who sent a technician to diagnose. He said the dishwasher had defective seals and directed us to call Samsung Specialty Claims. This is where it gets worse…

@XfinitySupport The store manager at this location, Andrew, has also been exceptionally rude and unhelpful. He and his staff have acknowledged that the store lost my phone (I have this on record), but he refuses to work with customer support to get me the credit

@XfinitySupport Can I get help receiving my iPhone trade-in credit? I gave my phone to a store associate at the Xfinity Store at 8501 W Bowles Ave #1097, Littleton, CO 80123. The store lost my phone (never sent it to their warehouse) so my tickets requesting credit are denied
