Was there some kind of dramatic discovery of new benefits of hydration in the last ten years? We never carried water bottles around all the time until recently and nobody I know of shriveled up and died of dehydration in all those years.

Kind of regret that it took me until my 30s to get turned on to how good broccoli is.
