@gregbagwell Call me old-fashioned, but the aircraft is a single-seater. So there is only one pilot - singular. So how can ‘they’ be used in an official report? If the pilot was male then ‘he’; if female, ‘she’. But if one needs to be non-gender specific, then ‘they’ must prevail I suppose.

Haven't seen any proven real world utility, its all gimmicks and manipulations. I stick to blue chips currently - but with an open mind.
