Immediate Resistance set at .2270 dated from 3/19/26, when do you close the day above and start a push up back to resistance of .33 area as seen in Chart going back to Jan 6th, 2026? You would think a move would pick up as most anticipate approval by end of May. Yes, we all know the date seems to be getting pushed out further and further, however we go with what we think we know at this point and time.

NWBO Spoofing Lawsuit Update $NWBO The Case: Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc v. Canaccord Genuity LLC, 1:22-cv-10185, (S.D.N.Y.) The Docket: courtlistener.com/docket/6657959… Quick recap of last night's filings. Read Docket #269 update for for discovery information. Docket #266: Parties trying to clean up the dismissal and give the Court a basis to order the dismissal of Canaccord with prejudice. I believe this is all the detail we might get on the settlement terms as the terms were confidential: "They negotiated extensively and executed a confidential settlement agreement on mutually agreeable terms, including a standard requirement that Canaccord be dismissed from this action with prejudice." Docket #267/68: Joshua Mitts hired his own attorney. Docket #269: $NWBO is asking for an additional 150 days on the case management deadlines. $NWBO goes into reasons why this request is made and offers some interesting insight into the discovery and delay tactics by Defendants: ✅Search Terms "On April 17, Defendants sent hit counts for their proposed ESI searches, which use excessively narrow terms. For example, Defendant Lime Trading Corp. proposed a search protocol consisting of four terms identifying only 43 total documents, including families. Indeed, of the search terms proposed by Defendants, none captured more than 6,000 hits. By contrast, NWBO’s proposed searches resulted in 65,657 total documents. Yet, despite this already stark disparity, Defendants have continued to insist that NWBO should comply with Defendants’ even broader proposal for NWBO’s searches, which generates 170,000 hits. $NWBO Talk about a partnership with a big pharmaceutical corporation ("BP") is nonsense. BP could buy more than 5% of NWBO on the market for around $20M, file a Form 13D with the SEC after 5 days and continue buying NWBO shares. BP could buy majority for less than $1B.
