We voted against the treaties only to be told TWICE “you don’t get to say no”. But listen, you can just keep telling us how great Ireland is when the Irish can’t get housing or medical attention. Where Irish families live in their parent’s box room or shed. Where thousands like myself have to move to a foreign land in search of a future and something to give their kids.

@Irishdanny77 @MichealMartinTD @GovIE Treaties voted on and agreed by the Irish people. How presidential candidates are chosen hasn't changed. However a fringe candidate, announcing late in the day with none of the legwork done to get on the ballot is hardly something to get too worked up about.

A family home was demolished in Navan 2 weeks ago because it had no planning. Now we hear the government is going to build 6 super sized IPAS centres without any planning permission at all. This is a disgrace. Aontú will introduce a bill to return planning to all IPAS centres.
