@bittybags Tea has always been the go-to for me in these scenarios. Matcha is probably the best option but Yerba Mate and Black Tea are great as well.
Slower release than coffee but I find that the energy boost they provide is much more sustained and balanced.

@jaekwon There are clearly very strong centralizing forces trying to conquer the world. There are also lots of conspiracies and layers of deception. No wonder many go nuts. I try to never jump into conclusions and keep seeking truth with an open mind.

I’m taking back everything I said about Kanye/Ye, having a point and all, given that he actually said “death con 3” not “defcon 3”. The latter is about defense, about a nuclear subject. “Death con” is clearly crossing a line and I’m ashamed I didn’t realize this sooner.
