@drmsbc @RailwaySeva @IrsdcB @DirectorSbc Bangalore railway station, platform 5, pay and use restroom located immediately next to stairs, is charging Rs.5 instead of Rs.2 ,which is the displayed fare. When we question them, they say it's how it is.

@drmsbc @RailwaySeva Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Today same status...still being charged Rs.5 instead of Rs.2 which is the displayed fare.. Very poor management, just tweeting that it will be taken care is not enough. Show it by taking action.

@uwithyogi @drmsbc @PiyushGoyal There are no gates at entrance & on tracks to prevent dogs. Controlling dog menace is a subject of BBMP. They have been requested to sterilise and relocate dogs. The matter will be pursued again. Care is taken to see that there is no food waste in station.

@drmsbc Any action on menace of street dogs in the platform 8/9/10 & back gate entrance? How can b officials blind to safety of passengers. Action before something go wrong better than action after something happened. @PiyushGoyal ji wake up the railway officials to act.

We paid Rs45 per head per hour for retiring room in Bangalore city KSR. We got torn sofa, diry washroom, 0 maintenance, same mopper was used for floor and table as well @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal

The Facility Management of KSR Bengaluru was taken over by IRSDC on 5th Feb 2019 to give better service to passengers of Indian Railways.
