Whenever I go to a restaurant, I never tip after the meal. ❌ Instead, I leave a tip before the meal ✅ When I started trying this, the quality of service I got went up by 100%. Most people see tipping as a way to say thank you. Instead, I've learned to see it as a matter of positioning. By the time the bill comes, the experience is already locked in. The service you got is the service you were always going to get. You’re reacting at the end instead of influencing from the start. Let's say you've taken a client out to dinner, and getting bad service can really affect their mood and their willingness to do business. Or let's say you're out for a meal, but you have an important meeting. Slow service can make things really stressful on a time crunch before an important meeting. I guarantee someone who leaves a tip beforehand will be served the fastest! When I tip upfront, I'm no longer just another table. There’s attention, urgency, and real care from the waiter. It seems odd, but servers appreciate it, and you'll notice an improved service. Let me know if you'd try this?

No shots are to be fired,no blood is to be shed. I simply opened x , looked at what is happening, and said "no." This was not planned,i was minding my business,then I saw the nominations and I felt the spirit move me. The spirit said: somebody has to be an adult. So here we are, i am President now,interim,emergency, self-appointed basically the full package. MY MANDATE (THERE IS ONLY ONE) Restore sanity, that is it. That is the whole manifesto. I did not need 47 bullet points and a campaign poster. We will first figure out what UOX actually is, what it stands for,what a President here even does. If, after serious review, the answer is "nothing important" we will shut the whole thing down and go home. I will not hesitate. I have done it before in my mind.
