I’d be beyond frustrated. Imagine paying for a new refrigerator, only to be told you have to remove your *front door* so they can deliver it, and then struggling to communicate because the delivery person barely speaks English, while the supervisor is no help at all. How is this acceptable customer service, and what would you have done in this situation?
