Gavrikov-Schneider logged the 2nd most amount of minutes out of any pair this past season for the Rangers and these were the numbers The eye test clearly showed it too that Gavrikov was left for dead out there constantly when he played with Schneider I can’t believe we have people defending number 4 in 2026

NYR issues last year: Couldn’t score, defense sucked, puck transition from D to offense sucked, no speed, guys like Sheary playing 16 min a night.
Drury: Landed a legit sniper, acquired two top four offensive D men, speed depth, and legit wing depth. Plus more prospects.

Feel how ever you want about the Korpisalo trade but stop downplaying a 4th Round Pick
- God forbid Rangers are good, that’s currency at the deadline to add marginal improvements
- If Rangers have pick on draft day, and want to move up from like 45 to 38 to get a player they like, having an extra 4th is nice
- The Rangers last 3 4th Round Picks were Noah Laba, Mikkel Eriksen, and Brody Lamb. All nice prospects
- Igor was literally a 4th Round Pick
It’s not a 7th, it can quite useful
