@AmazonHelp @amznsellerhelp @AmazonASGTG I have lost a shipment in your preparation center (58 units) more than 8 months ago, I have opened many cases, sending the documentation they ask for with all the requirements and they still have not resolved anything

@amznsellerhelp I feel frustrated and anguished because since March of this year a box that I sent with merchandise to the Amazon FBA warehouse, specifically in Amazon Indiana, has been lost and this is the time that my box with merchandise (58 pairs of shoes) is still missing
