Appreciate President @ZelenskyyUa and Ukraine for amending Ukraine's Criminal Code, which introduces criminal liability for manifestion of Antisemitism. The ammendment constitutes an important step in the fight against hate crimes, particularly Antisemitism.

Honored to brief a group of distinguished Hindi leaders from around the world. I spoke about the positive trends in the strengthening of Israel’s relations with India, and the great importance we attach to this relationship. I also spoke about the historic campaign Israel had been forced to fight for the past 2.5 years against radical Islam. Their declared objective is the elimination of Israel, and they act to achieve that goal. Israel demonstrated on all fronts that it has the upper hand. It dramatically weakened the terror octopus of radical Islam, headed by the Iranian regime. This struggle has, and will have, implications beyond the Middle East. I stressed the importance of Hamas being designated as a terror organization by India. In a conversation with the foreign ambassadors serving in Israel, I emphasized the importance of additional countries joining the designation of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization. 44 countries have already done so, and this carries significant diplomatic and practical importance. New countries are joining every week. In the region and around the world, there is now a much greater understanding of how dangerous the Iranian regime is. I also said that Hamas continues to refuse to disarm, thereby violating the Trump Plan.

Equating a sovereign UN member state with a jihadist terrorist organization is yet another proof of the UN Secretary-General’s failure. The UN has failed to disarm Hezbollah and failed to uphold its own Security Council Resolution 1701. Hezbollah is the enemy of both Israel and Lebanon, serving as the Iranian regime’s proxy to dominate Lebanon. @antonioguterres should stand firmly behind genuine Israel–Lebanon peace efforts, not offer excuses for Hezbollah.

Today we briefed @UNIFIL TCCs on the harsh reality in S. Lebanon: the "1701 dream" vs. the failure to stop Hezbollah's buildup. Despite the challenges, we remain optimistic about reaching a diplomatic resolution that ends the threat and ensures regional stability.

We strongly condemn the desecration of the Jewish Cemetery in Reghin Romania. We welcome the investigation launched by local authorities and expect it to lead swiftly to identifying those responsible and ensuring accountability.

The attack on Finchley Reform Synagogue lays bare the brutal reality facing Jews in Britain today. Antisemitism is a malignant disease that must be met with the harshest possible response. Acts of anti-Jewish hatred in Manchester, Golders Green and now Finchley cannot be tolerated and normalised. Comprehensive conversation with Dutch FM Tom Berendsen @ministerBZ. I updated him on Israel's decision to hold direct negotiations with Lebanon and on the meeting that took place yesterday in Washington DC. With all the difficulties and problems that emerge from the situation in which Lebanon is under de-facto Iranian occupation (through Hezbollah) - this is an important step which hasn't happened in over 40 years. The removal of the Hezbollah threat to Israel's security and Lebanon's sovereignty will pave the way for peace and normalization. We also discussed the ceasefire with Iran and the negotiations between the US and Iran. I made clear that we support the American attempt to achieve the important goals regarding the nuclear issue, ballistic missiles and terror proxies, through diplomatic means. We also discussed a number of grave terror and antisemitic events in the Netherlands, including attacks on a synagogue in Rotterdam, a Jewish school in Amsterdam and a pro-Israel Christian center in Nijkerk. We won't be surprised if it turns out that there is Iranian involvement in these severe events. The Dutch FM expressed his government's commitment to act against these phenomena and to ensure the security of the Dutch Jewish community. I said that unfortunately wild demonization and delegitimization of Israel inflame such phenomena, and this is while Israel stands on the frontlines against the enemies of Western civilization. Israel and the Netherlands share a longstanding tradition of friendship. The interest of both countries is to safeguard it and continue our open dialogue.

Before the Holocaust ~20,000 Jews lived in the city of Lutsk (Poland, now Ukraine). Almost all were murdered by Germans & collaborators for being Jews. Among the innocent victims were ~100 (!) members of the Nayerman family: Mendel, Ester, Yacov, Poli — we remember your faces.
