The legislation now heads to Governor Tony Evers for signature. This landmark legislation, which passed unanimously in the Wisconsin Senate and previously by a strong margin in the State Assembly, comes at a time of heightened urgency. In the wake of the recent terrorist attack at a synagogue in neighboring Michigan, Jewish communities across the Midwest are once again reminded of the very real and growing threats posed by antisemitism.
