Parents such as Jimmy do (at most) the evenings, weekends & holidays. We get paid enough money to just about survive & are lucky if we get any thanks when the child moves on.

During this time period, Ioan had to sell his Rolex watch to pay the mortgage payments on the house Alice was occupying and had to borrow his living expenses from Bianca, because he wasn't getting work. (Alice's smear campaign has peaked at this time leading up to the DVRO.)

Back for Day 8 - onto the financials now that the DVRO has been reissued. We've already heard the math, so I expect we are now about to get into the lies.

@aburkhartlaw Now that the DVRO is extended, hoping more victims of Alice Evans will come forward. Bianca said herself - numerous people reached out to her with stories & evidence. With the confidence that the court and police recognise she’s the problem, I hope more ppl with speak up.

Alice's DVRO has been renewed for 5 years. The court found she violated the order in the Beverly Blvd. incident, by the courtroom photography incident, and alluded to her trial brief containing confidential information from the custody evaluation.

@LisaDesmond11 @aburkhartlaw Yes it must be so difficult for him and Bianca given they were wanting custody of both (despite what ppl try and spread online) but the behaviour of the eldest makes that far too risky. The eldest is nearly 18 isn’t she? I’d encourage her to take a gap year overseas.

@MrsHenders4652 Same, I’ve been following, he did cheat. I don’t think women who have their lives ruined should be expected to act thrilled by it. He’s been using the courts to control her and the children, he’s made issues the children are having public knowledge, I find him so gross.

I hate men like Ioan Gruffudd who have a mid-life crisis, have an affair with a 20-something, leave their wife and kids, in this case make them move out of the family home and leave their school, and then are GENUINELY baffled why their wife and kids would speak ill of them.

Det. Morales traced the @mitzicooee89363 account to Alice's phone number and also got a response from Charter linking one of the IP addresses to her house in West Hollywood. When he told Alice he was frustrated with the reports, he meant with her and told her she needed to stop.

It's day 6 of trial. Alice is in black again with what looks like a navy blue corduroy blazer on top and the same cowboy heel ankle boots. We are expecting Lin Blank and Det. Morales to testify this morning. Fingers crossed for no delays like yesterday!

Going back over my notes during lunch (there's a LOT of numbers!), here's where we appear to be: Child support is likely to be increased to $3579/month based on current income. Alice claims her income is lower because some of her bank deposits are from GoFundMe and sales of clothing. Spousal support - Ioan wants it terminated altogether due to Alice's abuse, but there is a dispute over his income if he does pay because his accountant interprets the premarital agreement to exclude separate property residuals and Alice does not. Ioan also claims nearly $400k in overpaid spousal support. Alice claims about half of that is mortgage payments that he shouldn't get full credit for. There is a process in CA to get a credit for payment of community debt and a charge for exclusive use of community assets, but it requires prior notice that hasn't been given, so I'm not sure this argument by Alice is really allowed. Either way, say Ioan gets credit for half the mortgage payments, he's still overpaid by about $300k. So, Alice also argues that his paying for her living expenses is a gift under the terms of their premarital agreement. Alice claims that equalizing the community property requires payment to her of $182,960 - still considerably less than Ioan's overpayment of spousal support to her (assuming it's not a gift). Ioan claims it requires a payment of $222,427 to him. Alice's claims appears to rest on a dispute over whether Ioan gets 5% interest on his original home equity at the time of the marriage as the premarital agreement calls for, and whether her UK bank account is separate property despite her having made multiple deposits into the account of funds that have not been traced to her separate property and at least one deposit of over 90k pounds during the marriage that she seems to claim was her separate property, but she didn't declare it in the premarital agreement. They are also arguing about who pays attorney fees and Dr. Dupee's fees.
