@idropFbombs I was living in Coconut Grove in '03 and can attest to that price point at certain spots in the Gables at the time. I made a bunch of bad decisions back then and not buying real estate in Miami was top 5. 🤷♂️

My mom's stepdad's mom bought this house in the late 50's for $3000.
My mom grew up here from 1963-1973. Her step-dad resold it for $120,000 in 2003.
Now it's worth 1.7 million.
This is literally terrorism on the American people.

@CoachSHoltz When my dad passed in 2001 our entire company was devastated. I wondered how best to empower our employees and our own mental toughness. So I invited Lou to come speak. He got us fired up and helped us realize the opportunity we had in front of us. It was a huge help to us all.
