This run cost me 400k and almost cost me my life. At the finish line, I went to pick up my medal. I got into a stampede, they were fighting for the medals (Typical Nigerians), they were stepping on a man, I tried to save his life cus he fainted. Before you know it, I was in the mans position too, they were stepping on me, I couldn’t breathe, i screamed for help 💔 In the process of leaving the chaos alive, I lost my sony XM6, and my running Shades I’m glad I left alive and with my phone. Shame on the organizers, of this shit show

The organizers of the Lagos City Marathon need to be better with medal collection; every time. For the biggest race in Nigeria, & of this standard, figuring it out shouldn’t be this hard. People fell, fought, got injured. It was a shit show. Good race, terrible ending!

Can't stop thinking about the accident where a bus drove over a man at #ABLCM2026 it is still disturbing my mind. Also, the barrier that was dropped at the entrance of eko hotel probably made that guy lose the first place. And they should please mop the finish line.

This is a very realistic wedding budget You can have a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank. We spent about 500-700k on rice, chicken, and drinks for 180–200 guests at my wedding. No reception! we packaged the food neatly & shared it after church. Everyone was happy 🥰

People are leaving because it is past midnight without getting the full value for their money. The cavemen have performed for just about an hour. They dropped the ball regarding time when compared to their first show ever at Lekki.

@jobosonchisa Lmaoo, I guess I dodged that of SDC cos I wanted to be there. Cavemen came up about the same time too. Quite annoying tbh. Like, if they know they come up by 11, start by 10, have supporting acts perform for an hour, and you come up after without making people wait for hours.

Last month, I lost my Grandpa. As usual, hearing of someone’s passing brings a bit of sadness, but never quite so much. However, I’m finishing the designs for the flyers and burial programme, and I’m getting emotional. I haven’t written my tribute yet, but 1/3
