Either Hezbollah is repurposing unexploded Israeli demolition explosives, or Israel is staging sites with its own munitions, as it almost certainly did at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza in November 2023, new photos show.

Looks like the IDF blurred the labels for IDF bulk explosives, but forgot to do so in a still photo. IDF has used bulk explosives like this for demolitions in Gaza and Lebanon, and some have failed to explode, so Hezbollah may have gotten them that way.
