I have a hunch that the post office, which is still mounting rotating strikes, is still getting the backlog from the latest disruption cleared out. I probably actually get one or two pieces of real mail a week (not counting flyers, etc). Today, I got ... 11 pieces of mail.

@JoshuaHowsam The “two perfect throws” logic is fine if Davis is at 3B when Teo releases the ball. But that ball was halfway to the infield when Davis reached 3B. It was evident the first half of the relay was working, and a second good throw would beat him by a lot.

I generally agree re: Febles this season. He's been quite good (or so it seems). And the situation made it not crazy to send him. But the "perfect throws" framing kinda falls apart when Schneider was out by 15-20 feet. Just basic, competent defence had him out pretty easily.

Delgado does not get anywhere near the credit or hype he should, due to HOF snub and playing in the worst era in team history.
