Had idiots on my timeline asking why Luka Doncic ain’t rush back from a GRADE 2 HAMSTRING STRAIN.
How long will it take for us to accept this is a very serious injury that won’t go away unless you truly let your body heal.

Jalen Williams was getting treatment on his left hamstring after exiting. That’s the hamstring he strained in Game 2 of the first round, causing him to miss six games before coming back for the West finals opener.

@TheCoreyBarrett This was beautiful. Another thing to add, they also had a mix of players that fit slowik’s offense and caley’s last year and now it’s pretty much all Caley’s type of OL guys and Montgomery. This will help with continuity in the scheme they want to run.

If you can guarantee me Adams is healthy I don’t even think about a backup Center replacement.
Sadly I just don’t think that is realistic. Adams works so well with this team as well… But if he’s moved, Williams worked well with Udoka in Boston and that would be my pivot.

Realistic moveable salary for the Rockets this offseason:
DFS: 13.3M
Adams: 13M
Capela: 7M
Davison: 2.6M
If they don’t like Adams coming off injury that’s 35.9M to improve their shooting.
If they have their non-taxpayer MLE, Robert Williams (UFA) is a great option.

Since Houston got eliminated, we’ve learned they aren’t changing the coaching staff at all, they’re keeping KD/the young core in tact, and they want to add shooting…

@BradeauxNBA That and would love to see everyone healthy. This would have been a completely different season if we had one of FVV or Steven healthy. Absolutely killed our depth. Idk if this is a hot take but I would keep Capela around. He was a solid bench big man for us this year.
