According to the NBA rule book Rule No. 12 Section VII any player who gets a flagrant 2 is fined a MINIMUM of $2,000 and Silver really just said “nah we’re good” lol

I don’t want to get too optimistic, but considering the league’s decision to not suspend Victor Wembanyama had to do with the refs not calling any fouls beforehand, plus Mitch Johnson’s comments after the games about protecting players, maybe the Spurs can finally stop being assaulted every play.
