@allisgood007 I've not done any pleasure reading in 2026. I usually devour a novel a week. All business this year. I love reading the works of the great libertarian minds. It's not entertainment like the thillers, horror and fantasy I usually grab off the shelf. I can't wait for November 😂

Can I get a form and get a few signatures for you? I have my own campaign and not really much time to go out there and solicit them for you, but I can bring it to work and harass my coworkers to sign. Also, WakeLP has a weekly meeting on Wednesdays at 7pm. Our normal venue closed for renovations, but supposedly will be back up this week in time for our meeting. It's the PowerHouse building downtown Raleigh. Sometimes we have five people sometimes we have a dozen people, but I know all of them would sign for you. (If they don't they got to deal with me 😂 ) Let me know you're interested I will make sure you're aware if the venue has to change this week. @Americaonly9 That's how I felt about them until I worked a music festival they headlined. I still wouldn't call myself a fan, but I definitely get them now and there are a few of their songs they played I had never heard before that I kind of liked.

@enigma_asks @CollinRugg Table saw. I was startled while cutting a 2x4 and did that thing where you kind of jump out of your skin for a second. Unfortunately this time my hand was right there next to a blade spinning at 4,500 rpm. My fingers have been reattached, but they don't really work anymore.

The man who was launched into the air by a bison was reportedly making jokes after the incident despite breaking multiple bones. The grandfather who was attacked by a bison in Yellowstone National Park has been identified as Carl Isom-McDaniel. According to Mike MacLeod, who filmed the incident, Carl and his grandson were filming the bison when the animal suddenly got up and charged, launching Carl into the air. "I knew he was in danger because the bison didn’t leave. He stood right over Carl, and he was really, really angry. His head’s pumping up and down, and he displayed all that aggressive behavior," MacLeod told the New York Times. "He was in a lot of pain with his leg, and otherwise he was conscious the whole time, in good spirits, joking."

When cutting down metal poles, the blade and battery matter a lot more than the brand of reciprocating saw. You're going to want at least a 5 amp hour battery, 8 is better. Don't cheap out on the blade. This is the best blade for the job. 9" Diablo Steel Demon Amped Carbide

Look folks, I don't like Lindsey Graham and I made jokes all night and all morning about his death. He was a United States Senator though and flags should be at half-staff. I've been all over Raleigh and Cary today and seen far too many flags flying at the top of the pole. Like him or hate him, both the governor and the president ordered flags at half-staff. Please show the man at least this much respect.
