When I was a teenager, every girl I knew was on birth control. Cramps? Birth control. Heavy cycles? Birth control. I was not. Now these girls are women who suffer chronic miscarriages, endometriosis, & PCOS.

On the day Charlie Kirk was taken down in Orem, Utah, I remember seeing pictures of someone getting arrested on the side of the road near a car. I believe a weapon was visible in the picture. Does anyone remember this, or did I dream it?

I am actually losing followers from this post on other platforms.
I am actually not unhappy about that. I didn’t quote a single verse, or even say the word “Jesus”, all I did was say that I was working on my spiritual health.
My life is a lot more than just a weight loss journey, and whether people like it or not, I’m still going to reach my goals 😁
Also, the same people saying that I’m not taking the weight loss seriously, were saying the same thing 50lbs ago, and they’ll still be saying it next month when I hit 399 😂
