He kicks it until the hinges break and the frame splinters. She and her children run upstairs. Next month: Does it again, same house, same door. GPS records confirm he was there. Two weeks later: bond on the knife assault case -- reduced to $1. Travis County has had this man in its system since 2011. Burglary of a habitation, family violence with prior convictions, felony evading -- deferred, discharged, dismissed. 0 prison time.
