10 years as Governor.
5 years as a Member of Parliament.
Yet 001* was left in a dilapidated state.
These are the leaders we should deplatform..
Kenya’s mineral sector presents a significant opportunity to build sovereign economic independence if managed transparently…
By 2027, only these Women Governors in Mt Kenya will be standing with Kasongo, which will be a good lesson for us. Never again will we ever elect women in such powerful positions like Governor huku Mt Kenya.
Ruaraka land Thief, Fred Matiang’i, you can’t spend years in Uhuru’s government, then suddenly act like you’ve just discovered opposition politics yesterday. Pick a lane, either defend the legacy you were part of or sort it out with your political mentor before trying to lecture others. President Ruto is busy running the country; Matiang’i should be busy explaining his own record under Uhuru before attempting auditions for 2027. Kenyans have not forgotten, he was in government when they had power, numbers, and the system, but still couldn’t convince voters. That same arrogance, that same kiburi, is what he is still carrying today… and it will cost him again.
Presidency is not about issuing directives like a CS; it’s about winning people. Politics is not a ministry where you command, it’s a marketplace where you persuade. That lesson seems completely lost on him. And if Uhuru Kenyatta believes Matiang’i is the man, he should stop hiding in the shadows and come campaign openly. Let him step forward, we are ready for that contest, head-on.
@Samk372 Your analysis is spot on. The people who will suffer most are the collaborators, they must bid farewell to elective positions. JJ Kamotho was a good example.
You know, if you listen to yesterday’s interview of Irungu Kang'ata on Citizen TV Kenya, you will understand something: the time the government makes one Kikuyu feel pain, all Kikuyus feel that pain.
He was speaking about the time Ndindi Nyoro was removed, and that is when he made his decision.
He did not want to speak much about Rigathi Gachagua, but you could hear him asking—why was Gachagua attacked in a church? Why was the opposition attacked on the road when they were going to their rallies?
The moment you hit one Kikuyu, you have hit all Kikuyus. And that is what William Ruto does not understand.
At the same time, when Ruto’s people keep speaking about Uhuru Kenyatta, they are only making more Kikuyus hate this government—not hating someone personally, but rejecting the government.
Now, if Ruto is a smart politician, he should stay quiet on the issue of Kikuyus and Mount Kenya, and solve things slowly.
But if his people continue making noise about Mount Kenya and Uhuru Kenyatta, they are interfering with people they do not fully understand.
Few years ago, I was acting for some Texan Americans & Canadians who had been allocated millions (YES, MILLIONS) of acres of land in Coastal region for Oil & Gas Exploration. Then Daniel Kiptoo was a Legal Officer in the Ministry of Energy & he was the one I was dealing with. Being junior to me in the legal profession in many years,he was respectful & deferential as our Ethics Class taught us in Kenya School of Law.
Then in UhuRuto Government, he was made Director General/CEO of @EPRA_KE …. He changed. He became too big! He never picked my calls again. Whenever I called, he’ll text he is in a meeting & that he will call back. He never picked nor returned my calls for the entire period he was EPRA DG. I don’t mourn his dismissal. And there are many like him who when they become Ministers or PSes or CEOs, they delude themselves they are now BIG! They forget their positions are ephemeral, transient, temporary! Sooner or later, they will be dropped or fired or arrested!
WE WILL ALWAYS BE HERE! THEY NEVER LEARN & NEVER WILL! BUT THEY WILL FIND US HERE ENJOYING WINE AS WE HAVE DONE ALWAYS!

Nandi Senator Samson Cherarkey has filed a motion in the Senate seeking a review of retirement benefits accruing to former President Uhuru Kenyatta over alleged active involvement in partisan politics.
Former State House Chief of Staff Nzioka Waita has defected to the ruling United Democratic Alliance (UDA) after accusing Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka of shutting him out of the gubernatorial race in Machakos County, claiming that the party already reserved the ticket for a preferred candidate and operates as a closed circle of insiders that consistently locks out other leaders, a charge that adds a fresh dimension to Ukambani politics ahead of the 2027 general election.
@Lasterbosire@IEBCKenya The newly registered voters in North Eastern could not even fill a wheelbarrow. Yet they are very loud. @IEBCKenya is not doing well in communication.
Is someone deliberately orchestrating the movement of votes to the North Eastern parts of Kenya?
Garissa and Wajir have been indicated.
This is manipulation of voters and electoral fraud.
@IEBCKenya is silent..
Gladys Wanga: There are no brains and politicians better and sharper than the ones in our party. We are best of the best, hapa ndio future ya Kenya iko!
Irungu Kang’ata is not leaving UDA because of any profound ideological disagreement. He’s retreating to the familiar comfort of ethnic politics- the ethnic jingoism in Mt Kenya is so deep!
Today, Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang'ata announced that he will not seek re-election in 2027 under the UDA Party. Many had speculated that Kang’ata would join the DCP Party, but that’s not the case. Irungu Kang'ata and Ndindi Nyoro have long distanced themselves from the "Tutam" or "Wantam" chants, which has led figures like Gachagua and his allies to pressure them into declaring their political stand. Now, Kang'ata reveals he is weighing his options on which party to join for his 2027 campaign. Allow me to take you deeper into the politics of these two key figures in Mt. Kenya~Nyoro and Kang'ata~who are considered some of the most effective leaders in Kenya when it comes to development. However, there’s one major mistake they cannot afford to make: aligning with Ruto in 2027. The second mistake would be joining DCP Party. Why? Because DCP is primarily a money-driven party. It's run by Gachagua, and many early supporters have felt exploited, leading them to explore other political options for 2027. To secure their future, Kang'ata and Nyoro are reportedly planning to launch their own political party. While they may work with Gachagua and the opposition in 2027, they are not considering DCP Party. All signs point to their new party potentially joining the Linda Mwananchi team. So, why isn’t DCP suitable for them? Let’s take the case of Wainaina Jungle, a former Thika MP who lost the Kiambu governor race in 2022 by a small margin to Wamatangi, coming in second. Wainaina had aligned with Gachagua, assuring the public he would be DCP’s candidate for Kiambu governor in 2027. However, just two weeks ago, DCP unveiled a new candidate for Kiambu~a real estate billionaire who has never been involved in politics but is financially well-endowed. The reason for dropping Wainaina Jungle was simple: he couldn’t fund the DCP Party’s operations. Given their own political success and the development they’ve brought to their areas, do you think Kang'ata and Nyoro would risk joining such a party, especially when they know their re-election is nearly guaranteed based on their track record?
