Hacks like @stephen_richer are part of the continuing problem and truly understanding what happened on J6. He absolutely misrepresents the information that came out during trial. The very first government witness, SA Palian, conceded on cross-examination that the QRS’s were never intended for offensive purposes and were created as a defensive extraction mechanism only. As a matter of fact, the person in charge of the QRF’s were two 60+-year-olds, one of which that had to walk with a cane. The government largely abandoned this line of argument from early on in the trial. This pathetic hack also misrepresents that the oath keepers were discussing “overthrowing“ the government and their internal communications. That is not at all what they were discussing. I would be happy to sit down with Stephen and show him from the evidence that I actually possessed from trial that he is 100% wrong. Were there discussions regarding the 2020 election being fraudulent and asking for Trump to invoke the insurrection act as to investigate it? Absolutely. There was never a call to overthrow the government, and there was never a call at any point ever to intentionally interfere with the electors and the job that they were doing. People like this gentleman are going to historically be part of the problem of honest reflection on the actual events of that day.

News that brought chill bumps and tears. Many of you will recall what an intense project this was for me … long before I was with @theblaze. As an indy journo I covered every day of that trial, and then began revealing the trial perjuries of @CapitolPolice officers Harry Dunn and David Lazarus. The three guys in the hotel in Virginia were all over 60 years of age. How were they going to get the guns to the Capitol??? This is one of the most farcical aspects of the fantasy version of facts invented by the Govt.

You clearly didn’t pay attention to the trial you hack. The very first government witness agent Palian admitted that those were never intended as offensive weapons and were indeed defensive in nature only for the purpose of extraction. As a result of his admission, the government never called him again in any of the other trials. The person that stayed behind at the hotel in Vienna, actually had to use a cane to walk. If you had paid attention to the trial, you would’ve learned that the oath keepers were meticulous about their intent of never actually bringing illegal weapons into DC proper.

Reminder that these groups -- Proud Boys and Oath Keepers: Stockpiled SERIOUS weapons... In Virginia on January 6 and had them ready to go if Stewart Rhodes called for his "quick reaction force." That they discussed overthrowing the gov in their comms washingtonpost.com/national-secur…

Having sat through OK1 trial before Mehta for three months, knowing his time with the other OK trials, all the other J6 defendants and listening to his lengthy sentencings….i can’t imagine the depth of his feelings on how this has all turned full circle. I’m sure it’s the same for the whole DC judiciary.
