@BigDadEnergyX @DocAbirHealth These are what I use with my clients with low ferritin works well. The bowel support has enzymes to help absorb the iron better. Same EOD.

If your ferritin is low = supplement 50mg EOD of ferrous bisglycinate chelate. You MUST do EOD because of hepcidin input/ouput. If ferritin is high = lactoferrin upon waking, fasted, with Vit C 1000mg. No caffeine for 60-90 mins. Lactoferrin helps transport ferritin from marrow into the bloodstream to be utilized properly. Recheck levels in 8 weeks.

Down: SHBG 17 (was 27) Hematocrit 47.7 (was 50.6) Hemoglobin 16.2 (was 17.5, flagged high) TPO antibodies 66 (was 87) ALT 24 (was 39) AST 19 (was 25) GGT 19 (was 27) Alk phos 48 (was 63) Bilirubin 0.5 (was 0.9) PSA 0.57 (was 0.7) Up: DHEA-S 393 (was 227) Prolactin 12.8 (was 6.6) Glucose 89 (was 70) TSH 2.74 (was 2.30) A1c 5.0 (was 4.9) Flat: Total chol 135 (130), LDL 73 (69), HDL 48 (49), non-HDL 87 (81), chol/HDL 2.8 (2.7), LDL/HDL 1.5 (not run in March), trigs 49 (42), free T3 3.6 (3.5), creatinine 1.21 (1.22), eGFR 83 (82) Almost all of this traces back to April, when I dropped the AI and split test across three pins instead of one. Hematocrit came down three points, and I was half a point from the ceiling in March without a blood donation. Added DHEA in April because 227 was low. Now 393. Nice. TUDCA likely took ALT from 39 to 24, and AST, GGT, and alk phos came down with it. Alk phos dropped 15 points. Prolactin doubling is probably the AI drop showing up downstream. No anastrozole means more E2, E2 drives prolactin. Still in range. Interested to see where E2 ends up. Glucose up 19 points, but March was a fasted noon draw and this was fasted at 8am, so the dawn effect covers most of that on its own. Reta to tirz might be in there somewhere. A1c moved 0.1, so it is what it is. The one that didn't go my way: three months on thyroid support aimed at getting TSH under 2.0, and it went 2.30 to 2.74. Antibodies did drop, 87 to 66, so that side responded. TSH didn't. Coming off reta probably explains part of it since reta was likely holding TSH down. The exception to all of the above is SHBG. 27 to 17 is not April. I'm two weeks into a test 250 / mast 200 mini blast and that's mast doing what mast does, already. Two weeks in and it's the only line on the panel so far that is reading it. It also means free test is probably going to come back high against total when it lands. Everything else here is my baseline going in. HDL 48 with clean lipids is good to see. Rest of the panel lands soon.

Sure, they wear PPE when sorting through trash but accidents happen. At minimum do something like this, but please spend the extra $20-$30 to get a large sharps container.
