The thing is the most efficient charging happens from under 10% to about 75-80%. Which is about 15 minutes. You don’t get max mileage but it’s the most efficient. When you have kids there’s usually some reason to stop every 2-3 hours anyway. You can charge more it’s just not efficient.

Just completed my longest ever single day road trip in the Cybertruck. Here are the stats: • 946 miles driven from Fort Lauderdale FL to Richmond VA. • 17.5 hrs (slow due to Florida traffic) • 7 Supercharger stops - total time charging 1hr 53min (avg 16min, longest 23min) • $132.40 in Supercharger fees ($0.14 per mile) • 100% on FSD • WiFi courtesy of Starlink mini Cybertruck is the only vehicle I’d want to try this with. Super easy and comfortable. Kids enjoyed it and were able to watch movies and play computer games against each other thanks to Starlink and the entertainment system.

I'm increasingly convinced that burnout doesn't come from working long hours or weekends. The people I know who burned out were the ones who were really bored with their work, not the ones who worked the most hours. Burnout comes from working on things that don't energize you.

For some reason I'm struggling mentally recently. Usually I can control my thoughts and generally be happy and enjoy things. Lately I'm just in a rut. I haven't been enjoying working out. I haven't wanted to do anything during the day or even find enjoyable things to do. I just want to do nothing. Daily tasks seem like they drag on forever and my brain wants nothing to do with them. I don't even know why I'm posting this. Maybe saying it out loud will help me snap out of it. Sometimes your brain just hits a wall and you feel like there's no way out of it; even though you know there is. You know what I mean?

@Camp4 I have a 3 year old daughter now. It's the best part of my day. Happens 3-4 times per day when I come out of my office to get a drink or stretch my legs. Absolute peak euphoria. I'm already sad about the day it stops.

Then, one day you wake up and the house is quiet. One of my most cherished memories is coming home from work each day and opening the creaky back door to our 1947 craftsman home. My 3-year-old daughter (now 21) would drop her toys and run down the hall—her footsteps booming on the old wood floor—to greet me. I love my life and don’t want to go back, but I do wish I could pass one message across time to 35-year-old me: You’re living the Good Old Days right now. Savor every moment.
