@VirginExp Urgent booking issue for Thorpe Park tomorrow (Monday). Tried resolving via WhatsApp since Tuesday with no progress. Portal is totally broken (Order #10533277). Off work & school tomorrow, so heading there anyway. Please escalate to a human urgently!

Just been informed my elderly father (80 next year) has been at the side of the road in the rain since 3pm today - over 7 hours. @nfum @TheRAC_UK, I have now taken over, still no sign of being recovered. Totally unacceptable. Alternatives should have been arranged for his safety.

@Hermesparcels Parcel sent 'next day' to my niece, a young child on hospital cancer ward, for birthday. Arrival date 21 Oct. Status says 'Delay in delivery due to major event'. She regularly moves hospitals for treatment. Chat bot & phone bot just cut me off as parcel 'tracking'

@Hermesparcels I had parcel that arrived damaged on the 22nd. Your customer support are passing me from person to person, asking the same questions on rotation. This is extremely frustrating situation as it is. As a long standing customer with an eBay business I expect better.

@virginmedia following being overcharged, two hours on and off hold to get a refund. I am told I have to call again to make an additional payment within a week or my 'debt' will be passed to a 3rd party!? Thanks for reminding me why I cancelled after a 13 year contract. Shocking.

@ThomasCookUK Also, carry on baggage limits are ridiculously small and light! 6kg and 20cm wide?! My smallest wheeled bag is 23cm wide and weighs 3.2kg empty! Again, thank you @easyJet for being so much more reasonable! #neveragain

@ThomasCookUK Never again will I book w TC Airlines. Online check-in unbelievably slow & painful. For a booking of 12, I now know middles names and DOB from memory from the number of times I've been forced to input it! My other booking with @easyJet was 100x easier - thank you

@MillerandCarter Hi, yes chased staff for each course (and drinks) citing a young child with 7pm bedtime @ each stage. Asked to speak to manager with bill, she repeatedly argued that 'waiting/ delays are out of their control'. However you have full control over number of staff and tables booked.

@MillerandCarter Booked 17:15 table today. Had 15min stand at bar (table not ready & bar seating full). Ordered stating we'd like child food ASAP due to time, had to chase for his food / Starters at 18:20! Mains didn't appear until 18:55, pudding not until 19:55. Very poor.
