Hey Nick - from my friends, the problem with @ManhattanDA was that the could not establish “causality “ with what snowball hurt the cop. However, the charge of OGA, Obstructing Gov Admn, will be charged as a misdemeanor. It will be dealt with accordingly. The probable cause was good and all charges not dropped. Case continues…

I have a serious question for anyone who can answer because I don’t understand. The mayor wants to build more Housing and goes to POTUS for grant money. Why wouldn’t the Mayor and City Council set enough money aside for @NYCHA to fix the affordable housing we already have? These developments are in poor condition with over 600k violations.
