If these comments are confirmed to be posted by the mayors wife, they are highly disturbing. Why the silence? Gun violence is at record lows and decreasing - not by these socialist programs but by the @NYPDnews , federal partners and prosecutions. This is a waste of time and money. If the NYPD workload consist of 3% of there time (170k of 5.5m) calls for service are for mentally ill persons and 99% of the time no force is used then why does NYC need this? Imagine achieving your goal successfully 99% of the time. Some poor city worker is going seriously hurt. This is DEFUND THE POLICE 2.0 @NYPDPC @NYCPBA @sbanypd @nypost @samraskinz

The timing here with @seanhannity interview with @BilldeBlasio is so rich. @NYCMayor is just fulfilling a campaign promise that is already watered down and will fail miserably. We went through this liberal ideology of “ Reimagine policing phase” - Code for Defund the Police movement which was proved to be a colossal failure. Mr Mayor listen to Bill on this -it won’t work. This 200 million+ will come indirectly out of @NYPDnews @NYPDPC budget by not hiring cops. All part of the “sheep in wolf’s clothing” of defund the NYPD. This program is being paid by funds allocated for the 5k new cops. @NYCPBA @nypost @samraskinz

During the later part 2022, the new executive team for the @NYPDnews under @ericadamsfornyc was established, Commisioner Caban came 6 months later. Crime was up 46% in June and we got it down to about 23% - but still extremely high. The mayor allowed our team to be aggressive, relentless with no apologies. To speak our minds and tell our story -we controlled the narrative. The weak minded @NYCCouncil was outraged but we did not care about them- we loved it. The overall body of work speaks for itself. The success you see now started then with some tweaks along the way. Not overnight like some would have you believe. However,under this @NYCMayor and his proxies @DSA the city is falling backwards everyday. What a shame and we are only 3 months into it. Lawless disorder is coming back. Those E-Bikes at 30 mph when they hit your elderly grandmother - don’t worry about that. Elections have consequences. @samraskinz

First of all @NY1 - love the new morning podcast. The only way to fix retail theft is to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law - The RECIDIVISTS. Each District Attorney has the list and knows who they are. The stats are staggering on this. Let’s put it this way - when arrested everyone is notified. I must add this ideology has gotten much better over the years through collaborative hard work. Especially from our @NYPDChiefOfDept - he led and continuous to lead this charge along with all our 5 District Attorneys . @NYPDnews @NYPDPC @JamieStelter @patkiernan

What about the elderly, kids, and innocent people. What is a moving summons going to do? These people have no license, they don’t pay the fine and they don’t care.
