The claim is seen by Obama appointed District Court Judge Dolly Gee, who DISMISSES IT, calling it invalid. Let me state that again, An OBAMA APPOINTED Judge with terminal TDS deemed this case to be BS. Then, Cheney Mason, the lawyer who got Casey Anthony acquitted, works with Katie to put together a lawsuit in NY. The court documents contain zero corroborative evidence. ZERO. The claim's withdrawn almost immediately. The End. This was a circus from day 1, with Hollywood producers, celebrity lawyers and shocking, proofless allegations. This had Spook-job written all over it. AND she's lucky it was thrown out because false rape allegations can carry up to 10 years in prison. Lastly, just to put a final bow on this insanity, Donald Trump wasn't exactly flying under the radar in 1994... his whereabouts were probably more documented than any other civilian on earth. Dude basically had a camera attached to him.
