@TimHortons should shut down the preorder option from the app. They take the money and stores don’t have the item. Then they will give you points for the missed item. Why should I spend my money to buy points? Customers should start reacting to this way of doing business.

@UPS incredibly difficult to get things resolved. Frontline can handle only tracking calls. Anything more than that throws them off. Trying to resolve a billing issue and 4 tickets already for the same problem. @UPS resolve customer concerns.
