सातवें पे कमीशन की सिफारिशों के अनुसार 50% #DA को बेसिक सेलरी में मर्ज किया जाना चाहिए, जो कि नहीं किया जा रहा है। जाहिर है इसे 8वें पे कमीशन में ही सरकार मर्ज करेगी। अब समझिए इसका क्या फर्क पड़ रहा है? जैसे बेसिक सैलरी ₹76500 है और अभी 53% DA यानी ₹40545 है। कुल मिलाकर बना ₹117045.00, अगर 50%DA मर्ज होता तो बेसिक सेलरी होती ₹114750.00 और 3% DA यानी ₹3442.50, जो कि बनता ₹118192.50, यानी ₹1147.50 (1%) का हर महीने नुकसान, जो वर्ष 2026 तक ऐसे ही चलता रहेगा। इसलिए हम सरकारी कर्मचारी 50%DA को बेसिक सेलरी में मर्ज करने की आवाज उठाते हैं। इसमें बुरा क्या है? सरकार को ये हक देना ही चाहिए। #ManjeetSinghPatel
