@currys extra update apparently Currys stores don’t have phones which is why I need to attend in person. Failing that I can request a callback but I’ve been on hold for an age waiting for this to happen and they’ve now said this may only happen within 48 hours. Also no managers!!

@currys are absolutely useless. Was supposed to have an oven delivered on 13 NOVEMBER. Oven was damaged due to bad packaging so they cancelled delivery and said the would be in touch. Heard nothing. Called today and I have to go back to store - 10 days away from Xmas = no oven!😡
