@Strickomaster I actually think the bigger question is the quality and content of these course now…..currently doing the NPQH and I am replicating content that I did on my NPQSL five years ago

@Strickomaster Interesting perspective….NPQH is an opportunity to prepare people for these roles…only an advantage going into a DH or Head…..some of the best heads I have come across are those with less ‘experience’ or longevity in the profession…continued..

For someone who palpably loves representing England as much as Owen Farrell to voluntarily step away from doing so should reinforce what he’s had to confront and absorb, some of which has been appalling. Frankly, it should leave people feeling pretty cold.

Just my opinion: Andy Farrel just a great coach,man and father! From one of the toughest players in both codes to coaching English and Irish players(taking them to 1 in the world) Also handling what must be a bit of emotional situation with his son the way he does 🤝
