Quick map with HDGRID after PVI and PW ablation shows gap on roof and posterior wall. As you can see the voltages correlate nicely to the red lesion projections mapped from the PFA catheter during pulse delivery. Do #EPEEPS use lesion projection maps as a guide? #PFAonX #abbott

Accuracy matters in EP, and PFA is no exception. By using EnSite X for PFA, projection maps correlate strongly with areas of good contact on pulsed applications. #HDGrid post mapping helps quickly identify tissue that is not affected. #AbbottProud #PFAonX #MappingMatters

In a patient with confluent inferior PVs, we are lucky to demonstrate AF inside single circular lesion set encircling all PVs with #HDGrid; whereas sinus rhythm in the rest of the atrium. After spontaneous termination, automaticity was observed in the posterior wall. #EPeeps
