@AmericanAir 888-214-3282 has no prompt to speak to anyone live. The person with my case will not share his extension or advise who his supervisor. I love how no one is addressing the fact that "THEY FORGOT ABOUT US". This has nothing to do with mechanics or weather

@AmericanAir What is AA policy for this kind of negligence? Why can I not get a name and contact info for a Supervisors within Customer Relations. I remind you...."forgot about our plane" for 6 hours!!!!!!!!

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir help me understand why another AA flight was able to fly from Char. to White Plains before we were able to. Also, the Gate Manager said they forgot about us. Also, CR said it they were de-icing our plane for 6 hours in Charlotte. There was no adverse weather in NC!

@TheMosDefinitly @AmericanAir @2 @8 Marc, have you heard anything from AA? I currently have a ticket / case in with customer service. The last email I received said the plane was delayed 6 hours due to de-icing in Charlotte, NC where it was 50 degrees outside!!!! 😕 @AmericanAir help me fill in the gap
